Needs a good regular pest control as presence of spiders and roach droppings in cabinets. Would I stay again? Probably not. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and conveniently located. The house was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with a lot of nice little touches. We appreciated allowing our dog to stay with us( and the yard is fully fenced). The outside could use a little TLC but that did not distract from our stay. We did not use the pool but it was nice sitting out back having our coffee This is a very good value for the price. Thank you Carmen! . ##### Peter P.
