We rented it for Day Use Only. Plenty of room in the bedrooms & single bathroom for changing into swimsuits. There is not any shade on the back deck (guessing it was torn off during Milton). The deck has a large table and nice chairs for dining al fresco. You cannot see where the water meets the beach from the house. There is a nice new walkway out to the ocean area.
