We went to the farmers market which was super fun, lots of artisan vendors. House was great, we loved that the beach equipment was already there for use. The pool was so great! The water temperature was perfect along with the jets and fountains. We all enjoyed ourselves especially our 12 and 16yr old. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and generous with 2 kings, a full and a twin. It had a nice beachy feel. The beach is around 7 minutes driving and I love the beach because it was not too crowded like other ones. My son enjoyed his time at the pool. Thoughtful owners have thought of additional things to make your stay easy from the welcome binder, to the pool, washer dryer, towels, a cooler and a few beach misc items like chairs and a wagon. Quiet neighborhood. We stayed in September so off season price made it a good value. The best part is absolutely the pool! It is humongous, incredibly warm (thanks to the solar cover) and no overbearing chemical smells. It was truly luxurious and we were in it from sun up to sun down. I also loved the updated appliances (brand new washer and dryer). The house was super cleaned, nicely decorated with a super nice pool. The master bedroom could be a little cooler..maybe a ceiling fan because it gets warm with the door shut. The quiet serene neighborhood and location were just what we were looking for. The rooms and pool area were much larger than we expected and a pleasant surprise. Pool was fabulous. We enjoyed the beach provisions (chairs, sifters, wagon). Check in was easy. You can walk to the beach from this place, but we did not. The beach was fairly empty so we found it much easier to simply drive there with our stuff and park. It’s a 5 minute drive. We especially enjoyed Caspersen Beach. ##### Madyson H.
