« Chambre tout confort pour 3 . Tous les équipements ménagers étaient opérationnels et propres. Nous y sommes restés 9 nuits, pas de ménage à faire, cool . Par contre pour plus longtemps, pas de balai ni d'aspirateur, donc je ne saurais comment gérer un séjour plus long. Petit bémol, pour les sacs en plastique bien en évidence à l'entrée de l'appartement pour les déchets , très difficile de savoir quoi mettre dans chaque sac. Difficulté de régler la climatisation malgré les explications du book...

« Perfect place for Tokyo, close to the subway, direct line to Tokyo Station, easy check-in/out, the beds were quite good even if you are tall ! The only downside was the shower if you are tall it's challenging. Also you can hear trains in the morning but we were still able to sleep nicely. Would comeback 10/10 »

« Great space for 4 nights in Tokyo. While it is not directly near a train station and therefore requires a bit more walking, we are a young active family and it was not an issue. Perhaps for others needing to be closer to transportation, it might be. The up side was a lovely, quiet and very clean neighbourhood and less touristy. Have booked the same company in Kyoto. Again, slightly off the beeten track from the downtown hub but great room. New, clean and spacious for a family of 5 (3 adult...

« Love how convenient the property is located, and we enjoyed how close we were to the transportation. The property was spacious. I did wish the washer had a separate dryer unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. »

« Cette endroit est vraiment bien! Super propre et bien placé. A 10 minutes du centre ville. La seule raison de 4 etoiles.. c'est qu il n y a aucune place pour jeter vos déchets une fois la poubelle remplis..donc un long séjour peut être assez problematique. Apportez-vous serviette de douche car il n'y a que une par personne. Mais il y a laveuse dans le bloc. »

« The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

« Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. Great location, quiet, and clean. Subway was less than 5 min walk away which made it easy to get around the city. Convenience stores close by. We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The room we stayed in was small but had everything we needed (kitchenette, laundry, etc). There were strict instructions to sort garbage which we found a bit confusing; this was not an expectation at...
