This was my second time staying at this beautiful little oasis and I’d come again. Love the courtyard, light breakfast, and the showers. They also have a bike share, manager’s hour snacks, and free bottled water. Rooms are perfect for solo travellers.

Clean, bright, and amazing staff! The staff made this stay – From the lady who checked me in, to the valet, to the bell hops, to the cleaning staff in the hallway. Everyone was pleasant, warm, and ready to help. I've never experienced such service at a big, chain hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised at every step. The room was newly renovated, bright, and clean. The bed was so comfy. The gym is big and clean, everything you need. The pool is small but nice. Would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent hospitality. A special mention to Amanda, the bartender, who took such great care of us every day during happy hour. She was always welcoming, attentive, and made our evenings extra enjoyable. Amanda is a real asset to the hotel and truly made our stay memorable. We look forward to coming back!

Everything was great. Only down side is the room was small, but it wasn't a big deal. I loved it.

We were impressed with how clean the room was. Great staff that went out of their way to accommodate us!

Cleanliness

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

Great vibe. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Everything about tbe establishment is top notch - staff, service, room condition all great. Being DTLA is the unfortunate part but there's always going to be trade-off for the price of stay.

Lovely staff, spacious room, most comfortable beds. Rooftop pool is a little small, but quiet and spacious with a bar and food options. Also have “wine time” between 5-7 everyday and free drip coffee in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again :)

Clean room and excellent service

All of the staff were friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean and the hotel was very quiet which was nice.

The room was very clean, roomy, and the staff were very helpful, especially Kelly who is always smiling 😃 and making us feeling so welcomed and comfortable and wanting to come again. Although we felt that between rooms there seemed not very well soundproofed comparing with some other similar hotels, but we still sleeped well for the 2 nights we stayed there. I would recommend it to friends.

Nice, simple place, friendly staff ans convenient for getting to ferries at the harbour.
