This unit is very reasonably priced for the area and is in a very convenient location for much of what you might want to do in LA, from the beaches to the Hollywood studios, and nearby UCLA. The pictures are accurate - the unit feels recently remodeled and is tastefully decorated, keeping some of the more vintage charm intact, like the lovely hardwood floors. The kitchen is new & clean, with everything you need to prepare meals, and the washer/dryer seem brand new. Centrally located for our needs. It could use a few more area rugs for coziness.
