"The biggest issue with our stay is that the listing said the property sleeps 3, with one bedroom and a sofa sleeper. My co-worker and I arrived late in the evening tired and ready for bed only to find that the property has no sofa sleeper, and just one double bed. I am an older woman, and I can not sleep on a couch. The property manager brought me a cot, which was better than the couch... but still... a cot. If you are one person or a couple who doesn't mind a cozy bed, this is a great little...

"We loved our time at this home on the ocean. We rented with 5 other couples and the house easily met our needs. Outside areas were fabulous. Some could be down on the dock; others could be on the outside deck; and still others could be engaged in conversations on the expansive lawn. Kitchen was well stocked. Chris, the owner responded quickly to our request for fans as the temps climbed into the 80s a few of the days. Also had a lobsterman drop off 14 lobsters as a "payback" for the hot...
