This cottage has all the amenities including a hot tub overlooking Spruce Head Harbor. With a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and modern amenities, this house is the perfect home base for your vacation in this charming seaside town. The upstairs bedroom has a space king bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double sinks and tiled shower, as well as air conditioning. The loft landing has a queen sized pull out couch. The main floor bedroom has a comfortable queen with air conditioning, across the hall from a luxurious bathroom with double sinks and tiled shower. Take a stroll to the nearby McCloons Lobster Shack, or rent a bike and explore the island. In the evening, cozy up by the outdoor fire pit or in the hot tub then unwind with a movie or game night. Watch your freshly caught lobster dinner landing at the docks and enjoy your afternoons on the deck enjoying a locally brewed ale or treat. This house truly has everything you need to create unforgettable Maine vacation. I told the contact but nothing was done, though I was told it would be adjusted and to just use it, we didn’t. The house is behind a lobster processing yard, so very industrial. You can walk to McLoons Lobster shack, but otherwise nothing else is walkable. We used the hot tub once, but it got super foamy. I was told they’d drop something off to lower the foam but they didn’t. Our son lives about 10 minutes away so that was convenient. Sorry to be so negative but for the amount of money we paid, this was disappointing. ##### Mary H. If I could make one recommendation would be to put some greenery on the right side of the balconys’ railing upstairs so we don’t have to see the fish factory when we are sitting up there.
