« Horrible service! We booked room a month ahead of time and when we got there 12 am they had no room available for us. After 3 hours of bugging and calling them they finally gave us a room at another hotel that was very low budget. Dirty! Towels smelled horrible! There wasn’t any toilet better. The area was sooo bad. « It would be good to tell the guest to take the set of keys with you after you get them from the lockbox. I opened the first orange gate and then returned them, which was obviously a mistake. I had to go back to get the keys to open the other gate, from the inside, which was very difficult. Also, you should label the other gate key with a blue cover. The sliding door does not lock, so we went in that way. Not sure if the third key opens the other house door. I could not open it. Microwave was...
