"My stay at this hotel was just average. The hotel itself is pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. Upon arrival, I was charged $400, which included resort fees and parking. While this amount seemed excessive for a three-night stay, I suppose it’s what you get for a resort. The rooms were also ordinary, nothing to write home about. However, the housekeeping was satisfactory, and the pool area was charming. "

"Stayed for one two evenings. I didn't like the parking situation, but that's just me, I don't like enclosed parking lots. The room was really nice, clean and bed was super comfortable. The water pressure was good, hot and the hotel was great for the evenings I was there."

"The lanai wasn’t the same one from the picture, and neither was the bathroom. Our lanai was dirty and covered in bird crap. I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. If I personally pick the room, and every different room options has pictures attached to it, I expect to get what I chose. And we didn’t. It was extremely disappointing. Also make sure the front desk has manners. They are the very first people we see when we come into the resort. They should be welcoming and smiling, with positive attitudes. You know warm. Don’t have a nasty unwelcoming attitude. Go work somewhere where you can be hidden and not with guests if your like that. The very first girl we dealt with was like that when we tried to see if we could possibly check in earlier. Samantha was excellent, and the girl with the heart glasses was kind. But the first girl, needs to work somewhere else. "

"I stayed for a weekend in March, there is a smell on the property particularly in the bathroom. The staff seemed under staffed no hospitality. During the stay someone vomited in the elvator and no sign. You can hear nieghbors and outside noise. Parking is very tight. I did like the mirror in my room. The TV did not switch to the guide so kind of annoying over all a decline but seems to be down Hill for SD"

"The staff were super nice. My complaint is the rooms are a little outdated and you can see the wear and tear. We loved the location and my kids loved the pool and slides, although we wished the slides either stayed open later or opened earlier since check in and check out don’t really coincide with the slide times (12-5pm). "
