"This is a solid, no-frills beach house in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay kitchen was well stocked, the ice maker worked, and the beds were about what you'd expect from a standard hotel. The couch looked like something out of my daughter’s college apartment, but it did the job and my mother-in-law slept fine on it!Communication with the host was easy, and we had no issues during our stay. The garage fits a Toyota Camry just barely so keep that in mind if you're driving anything larger. There is overnight parking close by.The only suggestion would be to have a few more shower towels on hand. Other than that, no complaints. The price and location really speak for themselves."

"The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. The property is a bit older and it shows, but nothing was a problem. The host was easy to communicate with and work with. This property is great for larger groups.The only nit-picky item that we had was that the fridge and freezer and the floors were a little unclean upon checkin. Nothing major, just small spills in the fridge/freezer that had not been cleaned, and sand everywhere on the floors (it's right by the beach, so there's going to be sand everywhere :D). We easily cleaned these up during our stay, and they didn't detract from our experience."
