"The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. The property is a bit older and it shows, but nothing was a problem. The host was easy to communicate with and work with. This property is great for larger groups.The only nit-picky item that we had was that the fridge and freezer and the floors were a little unclean upon checkin. Nothing major, just small spills in the fridge/freezer that had not been cleaned, and sand everywhere on the floors (it's right by the beach, so there's going to be sand everywhere :D). We easily cleaned these up during our stay, and they didn't detract from our experience."

"Words can't describe the experience I had at this hostel. Reuben was an awesome host, along with everyone else. Very accommodating and always there to help. The location is the best, walking distance to everything, but also convenient location for transportation. Parking is easy as well if you have a car. I loved the activities the hostel provides for free every day. Not to mention, the amenities you receive like breakfast in the morning & some nights were they cook for guests. I never felt unsafe or bothered at all by other guests. Comfortable beds & enough privacy & security. I loved that it's a small hostel so it never feels too crowded. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider coming back in the future. "
