"WiFi hardly worked "

"Room was nice and clean for our family of 4 (2 teens). The front desk and cafe staff were wonderful and made our stay sweeter, and we appreciated the complimentary beach chairs. Property is not brand new but is well kept and quaint, and location was great for both walking places as well as hopping in the car to see the universities, La Jolla, the Midway - pretty central to everything. Would stay here again! "

"Loved the room! Cute decor. Clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Great view, great on the beach location. The breakfast and coffee were meh at best but there are a lot of nearby restaurants to walk to. Parking was underground and pretty secure. I would love to come back."

"Our family of 4 just finished our stay at this perfect Pacific Beach condo. This was a wonderful location for our spring break vacation. The condo is in a great location on PB. The unit itself is so comfortable. Having underground parking on site was fantastic. The beach access was excellent. This condo had everything you needed...from kitchen accessories to cook, beach toys and chairs, games, and other little touches that made this a place I will look forward to returning to in the future.Communication with Justin was excellent.There are several coffee and food options in walking distance. We enjoyed amazing sunsets every night of our stay, while listening to the waves while enjoying coffee each morning. We were all sad to leave this gem of a condo.Until next time....."

"Excellent customer service, very friendly and helped me turn on the lights (special lights activated by a key). Easy access to shops, restaurants, and right on the beach. Parking can be tricky, but you can purchase a spot for $50 if they have availability. "

"We had an issue with flooding in our water view room moved to another less comparable room. However this situation was rectified by the hotel management in a successful manner, so happy with our stay. "

"This is a very old building, shower is very small, the walkways are lined with carpet and is very outdated. inside the room the beds were very comfy the AC unit is a big thing that is pretty loud there is a small fridge the tv internet kept going in and out so the first night we coudnt watch anything but it was on the beach pretty much and attached to a restraunt which was convenient. "
