The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. There are washing and drying machines on the sauna floor. You need to bring 100 yen coins, and bring your own detergent. There is a currency exchange machine in the hotel lobby near the elevators. The nearest station is about ~7 min away walking. There are convenience stores...
