"Close to the train station but Very crowded."

"Very convenient central location, connected to Osaka-Umeda station, and an easy train ride from anywhere in Osaka. Great views from upper floors and very quiet. Rooms are tiny and a bit cramped, but have all the amenities you’d expect. Laundry is a pain if you need it as they provide just 8 machines for >500 guests leading to a lot of frustration and waiting. Also, the lobby can get quite crowded. Fun notes: there is a mall in the building, including multiple sporting goods stores, multiple clothing stores, two food courts, four Starbucks locations, even a Burger King and a McDonalds—though the local food is much better. We also saw two idol groups doing meet and greets and performances on the second floor near the Umeda station, a boy-band one evening and a girl band another evening."

"Our stay at Keio Plaza Hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The entire property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly courteous, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. Their warm service truly elevates the experience.The hotel’s location is unbeatable if you want to be right in the heart of Shinjuku — just a short walk to Shinjuku Station, major shopping areas, and countless restaurants. Having a 7‑11 conveniently located on site is a huge plus as well.I was also impressed by how well‑maintained the air quality is throughout the hotel. The environment feels fresh, clean, and comfortable everywhere you go.The on‑site restaurants are excellent, offering a wide range of high‑quality dining options. Breakfast is especially impressive, with a great selection and consistently delicious food. Overall, Keio Plaza Hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and top‑tier hospitality. Highly recommended."

"The room is cleaned and bedsheets changed every 3 days unless you request them to clean it. So it’s definitely for longer stays. The staff was super helpful. These are very very small rooms. Theres no iron just fyi. Theres a warming board. Theres no where to hang your clothes because of the space. Just be aware it’s tight. Pack super duper light if you’re staying here. The tub/shower is FANTASTIC. it was my friend after a long day of walking. It was like my own personal onsen. And it fills all the way to the top. They dont provide salts so you can buy your own though. The laundry machines downstairs work but you need your own detergent. The dryer takes about 3 cycles to dry all the clothes and make sure you have US DOLLARS to change to yen because the washing machine only takes 100 yen coins. Airconditioning and ventilation is great. Theres no free breakfast but theres a sizzler downstairs and Very convenient 711 downstairs. In the morning S.rides are waiting in the front to take you out. The outside is not for kids. Its for young single people. There are a lot of bars and girls bars for men only. This is the red light district so just be aware but if you take your family here, you can easily take them elsewhere w the cars/taxi parked in front. Overall very great deal for what we got. We didnt stay the whole trip and moved to ginza the last 7 days. We booked for 11 nights. Staff is super nice!!!!"

"Hotel Apa was really clean and had good amenities but the situation with the elevators is a bit of a challenge we stayed Saturday and Sunday night and on Saturday night the line to go up to your room was about 60 people. There are 12 elevators half that go up to the first 21 floors and the other half the top but there was a lot of congestion. Same for leaving in the morning it took on average about 10 minutes to get an elevator. It’s a massive tower so it makes sense but a challenge none the less."
