Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and able to fit 2 adults and 2 kids. Comes with a air purifier/humidifier so that helped with our breathing. Able to check in, dropped off our luggages and find eateries. Lawson is open 24/7 which is convenient. Overall, very pleasant stay. Great for overnight layovers.

Worth splurging for the VIP option for access to lounge on 32nd floor. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks looking at the Tokyo Tower.

Staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was very good and diverse. Good location, but it is a little far from shinjuku station if you are walking. We took the train from the airport and walked with our luggage from shinjuku station. Worth getting a cab from that station, because its nearly a mile walk. Otherwise, there is a lot of restaurants and shops very close to the hotel and plenty to do right near the hotel
