Staff are friendly and helpful

Lightning inside room is not bright enough . Reception staff , in particular male gender, needs more training to greet guests promptly at time of interaction. Breakfast is terrific and the staff in the dining room are courteous.

The room is clean and staff are polite.

Perfect for a late night arrival and a morning departure. Within 10 min walk of Terminal 1 & 2 (it's between them) using a covered indoor heated walkway. (I did have to ask someone where it was.) Inside the hotel everything is clean, bright, and modern, and the room amenities are great. Unfortunately the CNN channel on the TV didn't play but that's likely a censorship issue. The Chinese channels all worked. Breakfast was also very good. I'd stay there again. Helpful staff and guests can use...

Friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Great view.

Super friendly staff, well equipped room, view over the city and river is fascinating.

Excellent

My wife and I are both travel advisors - any of our clients looking to visit Shanghai will be strongly recommended to stay at this property. Location, location, location! Close to the Bund, subway, and an excellent Didi pickup point. Property is clean, well managed, modern, fantastic included laundry and the breakfast was perfect. We can’t say enough about the property! (Except get a better ice maker please?)

Amazing staff and hotels, every time going to Shanghai I stay there since the surroundings are convenient.

A special shout out to KOI front desk. She was very helpful and attentive when during our check out. The male receptionist was so helpful and friendly too.

The room is very clean, staff are very polite and helpful and the location is very convenient.

This hôtel is verry good for business traveller's.
