"Nice Experience "
Very morden, clean, and spacious rooms. Good food in the restaurants, friendly staff and great services. I only stayed there for less than 12 hours. Wish to go back there again. I loved this hotel!

"The huge swimming pool."
I stayed only one night but I enjoyed swimming in huge pool with only a couple of people. The Hongqiao Airport is in 10 min distance by taxi. It is very quiet because the hotel is in the forest and about 100m from the major road.

"Room was advertised as a 2 bedroom"
Room was advertised as a 2 bedroom ... But it is actually a 1 bedroom with a small study that has a very small couch that pulls out into a bed. Unless your children are toddlers, this room is too small for more than 3 people. Staff u derstood our concern and allowed adjustments to our stay ... I hope Marriott and Expedia can improve the room descriptions.

"Confusing layout, nice hotel regardless"
When we arrived in Shanghai the first issue that came about is that apparently there are multiple Jin Jiang hotels and the expedia listing didn't say which one it was. Also, it doesn't say the name in Chinese so that doesn't help. In addition, when we figured out which hotel it was, there are multiple buildings with multiple check ins and we were told we had to take all of our bags and walk a ways away to check in at the other building. It was a bit of a cluster. Anyway, the hotel itself was really nice and had good eats. It was conveniently close to good shopping and the staff were friendly. Room service was DELICIOUS. My only other complaint was that we couldn't use the swimming pool because we didn't have swim caps....which they were gonna let us use for a steep charge. Bummer.

"Nice place if there for business"
A luxurious hotel with excellent facilities, the views from the lobby and the bar on the 89th floor are amazing. The gym is great and the rooms very spacious. However can get annoying that you need to get two lifts from the ground floor to the your room. The Pudong area is quite sterile however that can be overcome with a short taxi ride over the river. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

"Weekend away"
I am an expat living in Shanghai and really needed a weekend away from the city. This hotel was a great place to relax. For a reasonable rate we had a very nice room with a big balcony and a great view. We did some hiking in the Forest Park which was within walking distance and walked to Happy Valley one afternoon- although we should definitely have taken a taxi because it was deceptively far away! The only downside was it was a bit noisy outside in the evening when we sat on the balcony because the lake view overlooks the bar and noisy in the day time because there were a lot of kids there and the lake view also overlooks the playground. In general there were A LOT of kids there, great if you have a family I guess but not so great for a romantic weekend for a childless couple! Also the staff did not speak much English so it was difficult to order room service or ask specific questions. Overall a great hotel though and I would definitely recommend it for a weekend away, especially if the weather is warm enough because the outdoor pool was nice.
