I was able to borrow a universal travel adapter, request an extra pillow, and get daily room cleaning with no issues. Complimentary two bottles of water each day. Convenient location within walking distance to bus stops and the metro. Good breakfast with a rotated menu. Free self-service laundry is a big plus. The washer cycle was quick (about 36 minutes), and the dryer settings were adjustable based on my clothes. Cons: Wi-Fi speed was quite slow.
