I really enjoyed my stay at the Millennium Knickerbocker. The room was clean, updated, and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, making it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. Overall, a comfortable stay, and I have stayed here before and would stay again.
Very clean room, very comfortable bed, and great location, just off of Michigan Avenue near shopping and lots of great restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful too. Restaurant, Nix, has very good food and service. Reason for 4 stars is the Knickerbocker needs updating. While spotless, furniture and decor needs updating.
Daily housekeeping and laundry service are nice. Martini bar and restaurant within the hotel are convenient and a good option for dinner and drinks late at night. Perfect location within walking distance of most stores, restaurants, and other local attractions.
The hotel is very well located, close to downtown Chicago and the Magnificent Mile. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced. The staff, including the front desk, restaurant, and valet teams, were very friendly and attentive. The only downside was the very loud AC, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion is a bar to assist getting in/out of the bathtubs. The side of the tub is very high. Other than that the room was perfect.
Rooms small but clean. Elevated moved quickly. Bar hours could have been better but we were there in a holiday weekend. Appreciated being able to store luggage before and after checkout. Good location.
