The location was wonderful! There was a great view of the Chicago skyline and it was very walkable to restaurants, activities, shopping, and public transportation. Highly recommend!!
Great location and building layout. We really enjoyed the roof top amenities, the view it offered, and the gym. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very clean. It was the perfect place to help our son's transition to college smooth. We were able to bring a little home to a new city!

Clean space and easy check-in. The communication definitely needs to be worked on. Pricing could’ve been better as far as parking and early check-in fees
Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to many leisurely places. The unit was amazing. So comfortable, inviting with a breathtaking view! I will be returning to this place to stay again.
The room was really close to Target and everything I needed. I was attending a conference at McCormick Center and it was definitely walkable when the weather was good. Gym amenities are really nice. I just couldn't figure out the AC situation. Everything was clean and the staff in the building is super friendly.
Great option for when we needed a room with separate sleeping options. The only issue was the price, but it seemed to be a booked up weekend in Chicago with graduations, festivals etc. Great location, nice view, easy to get to downtown/river area, and only about 15-20 minutes to Hyde Park/UChicago. Located in a residential building and not all the property’s amenities were available to Kasa guests, but overall a great - but pricey - stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at Kasa south loop. We had an awesome view of downtown Chicago, it has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. Definitely plan on booking again in the near future

The negatives:
"Luxury" would be an overselll.
Kept getting locked out of the building the first day - had to have others let me in multiple times and was told by others that this is a common issue with Kasa's new entry system.
The carpets were very old and stained.
The tile floors were sticky.
Furniture looked like a yard sale buying spree - not matching end tables, etc.
Extremely minimal kitchen accessories- dont expect VRBO type of setup waiting.
The positives:
Location is great.
Communication was great - always answered texts quickly and were polite.
It provided 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, which was my biggest request. So, it answered the bell in that regard, just disappointed with the quality when considering the price paid.
The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The entire property is clean and carefully maintained with many onsite amenities. The location is easy to access and very walkable as well as being close to public transportation and popular attractions. The best part of our stay was the amazing view of the city all the way out to Lake Michigan!
Stayed for 4 days, room was clean and well stocked with lots of towels and bedding. It was so nice to have a full suite with a kitchen, bathtub, laundry, lots of closet space, patio, and living room with a TV that I could easily plug my laptop into. Nice front loop for easy rideshare pickup and drop off. Room we had was nice and quiet as well. The view of Chicago was also spectacular. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower was aggressive and not relaxing and there was some previous water damage on the baseboards in the bathroom.
