« We were looking for quiet and clean and that’s what we got and more. It was convenient to just park in front of the room and have easy access to car. We walked to the lake which was gorgeous. ( Use the $5 vouchers!) We walked to heavenly shopping area which was super cool. Tahoe is a beautiful and clean place. Bear camp down the block had a cool atmosphere with corn hole, live music and good food. »

« We came to Tahoe to mountain bike at Northstar. This house is fairly large and could sleep easily 11 people comfortably. The hot tub was really nice to come home to after a long day out an about. The backyard was huge and surrounded with giant trees and plenty of spaces to roam for the pups. The quickest way to the yard was through the master bedroom downstairs. Overall, it was a great location from the lake as well as trails and restaurants. »

« We were having a family gathering in Truckee and so unfortunately, didn't get to enjoy the coziness of this property as much as we would have liked, as we were out much of the weekend. This is a great spot. We loved the layout of the home, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity. The instructions for check-in, check-out, and the home were all very clear. Would definitely stay again! »

« Home was in a great location, just roughly half a mile from kings beach with a grocery store right next door and water access to the lake at the end of the road. Home was clean and had much more beds and space than the photos appeared to. We do not regret booking and plan to book again for our next visit to Tahoe. »

« They removed the control module from the water heater. I presume this is to prevent guests from adjusting the temperature so they can save a few bucks. No one responded until the next day - only to tell me that it was going to be 2+ weeks before they could fix it! They offered to move us, but we that would have required us to cancel the activity we signed up for and lose our deposit... There was no toilet paper or trash bags. A big deal because they will fine you $100 if the trash isn't bagged...

« The location can’t be beat. It’s close to beaches and to many of the cute towns in North Tahoe. We really enjoyed the quiet on the deck each morning surrounded by nature. « Upstairs guest bathroom was dirty behind the toilet seat. I think the knobs are for a bidet and the inside crevice is yucky. The dining room table and a couple of the chairs are very wobbly. And the weather striping on the sliding glass door in the master bedroom is coming off. One of us tripped on it. The AC doesn’t appear to work. If it does please include instructions. AC is mentioned in the vrbo description of the unit. »
