Make sure to review the room binder as it says to place a parking card by the dashboard of the car so it is not towed! This place was perfect! Management was above the top helpful and kind. It is within walking distance to everything! You had all the shops and restaurants at the Heavenly Village and then the private beach the other way. The hotel provides a pass to the private beach so instead of 30 it was only 5 per person for the whole day. The beach is beautiful and well worth it! And then Harrahs and Ceasars literally across the street if you like to experience the casinos. The rooms were clean and recently upgraded to feel inviting and comfortable with a huge walk in closet to hide all your vacation crap so the room stayed cleaned! As a single mom i wanted to make this Christmas memorable for the kids as it was just us. They were excellent. I had asked if they can get a small Christmas tree to put in our room so it felt like Christmas when my kids walked in.
