« We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was really nice. We were super happy with the air conditioning with the heat wave that week. We spent the majority of our time at the pool, the kids loved the water slide. Getting to restaurants was around a 10 minutes drive. They do have a restaurant there but we didn’t try it. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !! This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location ! »

« Excellent house. The backyard and front yard are gorgeous and totally fenced. Easy parking. The kitchen has everything you might need. In one of the restroom the plug is not working, but you can use an extension and use the plug in the kitchen. It's a bit expensive more than 2 k, but it is a good place to stay. Overall it's an excellent property I would stay there again. »

« This was a great property and the host was amazing. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was an iced over snowbank in the drive way that I had to break up and remove before I could pull my car into the driveway. Not a big deal since they had salt and a snow shovel by the front door. Overall a great value and would stay here again. The dogs loved it too! »

« I really appreciate the communication with AvanStay, if I had any issue or questions I received a quick response. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our stay-spices, appliances (including washer and dryer), basics for coffee and so on. I did think the furniture in the unit was very outdated and should be replaced with newer pieces. The unit does not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Overall I thought the unit was nice and would rate it an 8 out of 10 »

« My family and I spent the weekend at this beautiful home for my son’s 18th birthday. He brought his snowboarding buddies along and the proximity to Northstar was great. My daughter and I made use of TART connect and were able to get to town during the snowstorm and Christmas shop and have an amazing lunch at Fat Cat Bar and Grill.
