"The breakfast was decent - better than some and the hot tub was nice as well. Unfortunately, we didn't know it was available till later in our stay, but we did use it. Staff was especially friendly and helpful."

"Price was fair, but check-in was a hassle. The office was locked during posted hours and we had to call a number, along with a few other confused guests. Turns out it’s a keyless check-in, but you only know that if you book directly through their website honestly, it feels like the property is being run by someone sitting at home. Room was basic nothing special, just a place to sleep and park. Also, the non-smoking policy didn’t seem enforced since people were smoking right outside. Overall, not terrible, but definitely frustrating."

"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place weren’t very good. 3. Main pool and hot tub closed for maint. Spa pool was open for use but was looking forward to hot tub. 4. Ski in / out not possible due to lack of snow — sometimes a ski Sherpa from Northstar would help drive down guests, but only if you had a lesson otherwise they’d fuss. So either hike down mountain with skis or take 2 gondolas."

"Great location, newly renovated hot tubs and outdoor areas. Property is older but very well kept, great place to stay if you want to be on the mountain. Short walk to the village, or shuttle ride every 10 minutes during the day for skiers/boarders."
