Retreat to this newly constructed, classic home with year-round amenities.  
Enjoy the winter playgrounds nearby with Alpine and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. After an active day, relax in peaceful Tahoe Donner by the warm fireplace.

During the summer months the homeowner's association hosts activities including hiking, horseback riding, golfing, water sports, kayaking, mountain biking. HOA amenities include a full recreation center and workout facility, equestrian center, private beach on Donner Lake, golf, and 2 pool areas. Guest passes included with rental (a nominal fee for rec center / beach use).

Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner's private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.

Great Stay in Truckee to visit with family and friends. House was large enough to accommodate the 10 of us comfortably. Will stay here again for our next visit in the future!

#### Gross Mouse dropping

That house was great until we were getting ourselves situated for bed and was not able to find extra bedding for the sofa sleeper . When we opened the sofa we found trash and mouse droppings. At that point we were really grossed out. We found bedding that was never washed is a little room on the floor. Had to do 4 loads of bedding washing because we did not feel comfortable using what was there. If it was not for that I would of given it a 4or 5 star.

Minor dated items i.e., dirty walls, one chipped tile on stairway. I would've gave a 5 star however there were mice droppings (saw a mouse in the garage) underneath the pillow in the master bedroom upstairs as well as one of the rooms downstairs. Snow was not plowed on the driveway. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you.

#### Nice place

The place was great, nice and roomy. Ice maker didn’t work on arrival and it was hot. Couldn’t get ahold of the property manager until the next day but they did finally bring us 2 bags of ice. The listing didn’t say that you have to pay an additional $17:person to use the Rec Center. With a family of 10, that’s $170//day to swim or use a hot tub 😩.so it is of nominal use and should not be listed as an amenity. Donner lake and Truckee, however, were very enjoyable.

The house and setting is beautiful but their was so much cleanliness issues we encountered. During COVID-19 you would think there would have been more attention to this. The kitchen table was dirty upon arrival. Also the rug under the kitchen table looks so horribly stained and that it's never been cleaned besides with a vacuum. Bedding had hair strands and used earplugs . Gross. We had to spend so much time cleaning the whole house before getting settled in. Out in the backyard there was TONS of broken glass. So much there is no way we could have cleaned it all up so our kids could play outside. It was directly off the backdoor porch. also cigerrette buts as well. Not being able to utilize the backyard was very disappointing. Definitely put a damper on things. We wouldn't rent this house again.

#### Nice house

This house is spacious and clean. The house comes with access to Tahoe Donner so we were able to swim daily. It’s only 10-15 minutes from Lake Donner so it was easy to get to the beach. There’s a cute patio and grill outside and we were able to eat outside daily. I had to call management once because I was having trouble with the tv and they were very kind and helpful. The people who own this property own several others and it seems very professionally managed. My only very small issue was that there was no 13x9 pan in the kitchen. Overall, a great place and we would stay there again.

House was bigger than expected. Property was clean and nice. We were told check in was 5pm and check out 10am, but literature At property said 4pm and 11am. Highly recommend.

#### Spacious mountain home

This home is lovely. We loved the Layout, the woodwork and the furnishings. \*\*\*\*The beds are very comfortable!!! The artwork didn’t seem to go with the home but oh well, that’s minor. It is on a busy street but fortunately the traffic isn’t noticeable during the night as the master does face the street. The deck is wonderful and very well shaded. We BBQed up some good grub! Tons of fun to be had up in this area. There are some minor maintenance issues that we brought to the attention of the property management company upon our departure. Hopefully they will be resolved for future guests.
