The hotel lobby is very clean and effecient. Check in was brief and our room was very nice and clean.

When we first arrived, it became clear that the staff seriously needs training on how to treat customers regardless. There was some sort of rudeness from the staff during both check-in and checkout. While the rules they mentioned might be true, the way they explained them was not welcoming —for example: ‘World of Hyatt doesn’t matter, whether Discoverist or Globalist, you have to leave at 10 AM.’ We never felt welcomed for highly-rated, luxury ski resort property. The staff member insisted on asking us certain confirmations. They really need more self-confidence, and their boss needs to coach them. At checkout, I asked for a receipt and wanted to confirm if I had been charged a resort fee. The receptionist said I hadn’t been charged a resort fee and would print my receipt. However, another staff member stepped in and said, ‘We don’t give receipts here. You should get answers to your questions by calling Hyatt. She then prevented the other staff member from answering my questions. We found the room clean, but the furniture on the balcony was very dusty. We wanted to use the washer and dryer, but unfortunately, there was an underwear left in the dryer from a previous guest, so we did not use the dryer in the room.

Just in town to visit family so the hotel is just a place to sleep. But it’s a very nice property.

Unique experience. Like the garage right by the unit. The code and nobody in the office was intimidating at first. Once we saw our code opened the gate and room. All went well. Some quirky but cool things like the toilet inside the shower. Nice little coffee/breakfast roll shop. Easy check-in. Would stay again.

Great restaurant and pool! On the river but there is no river beach access so don't plan on going kayaking or paddle boarding from the Westin. Clean rooms, great service ! Don't forget to ask for a water view with balcony !
