The staff were nice and willing to work with us on our needs with our room. The Hotel is super convenient to all of the shops and dinning areas in the Tahoe City area. Great view of the lake and golf course. The hotel is a bit older I think, but the owners have upgraded it and remodeled it very nicely. Our bed was comfortable, the bathroom is a bit small but nice. I think with it being an older property it's a bit noisy, but sleeping was still easy, and the hotel surprisingly provided ear plugs for sleeping (which we didn't have to use). Other than that, I would stay here again." Hard to find a place with this many bedrooms, all of which were clean and ready. The huge dining table was great to be able to have the whole family sit together. The view from the hot tub is incredible. We also used the beach access which has a great park for the kids. It appears that most of the bathrooms have recently been updated and there's ongoing work to update other parts of the property. Mike was easy to get a hold of for the minor issues that did arise.
