"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delay in addressing our maintenance request. We have been waiting for almost two hours for someone to unclog the toilets. This delay is preventing us from using both the toilet and the shower, and we have remained in the room to ensure we are present when the service team arrives. While we spoke to the front desk regarding this matter, they were unable to provide us with an estimated time of arrival."

"Everything about this hotel is average or cheap. Cheap toilet paper, cheap breakfast (also slow), cheap coffee, old outdated room. For the price I expected more. "

"Everything was really good besides our towel warmer in the bathroom not working but everything else was gray and we love staying at the landing!"

"This hotel was amazing. Very clean, the staff was very helpful, bar was good. Did not use the spa but maybe next time. Will come back."

"I'm sorry to say our stay was not what we expected. I felt we got the bare minimum for a two night stay. No hospitality involved. If we asked a question the attendant at reception answered the question but not any sense of welcome or "how can we help". We also were charged an additional fee that was not clear what it was for other than parking (which we expected, but higher than we thought) and the refund would be on its way in a few days. They certainly don't wait to charge my account. Just disappointing for a big hotel. It was also under construction or renovation, so a lot of dust! The construction workers were the most helpful."
