"Very comfortable stay. Looked the cocktails in the bar on the roof and the great cooked breakfast there each morning. Loved the shower and the bathroom was pretty great altogether. Bed seemed higher off the ground than usual but it wasn't much of an issue. Slept very comfortably! Location's good for anywhere in the city centre, especially once we discovered the easy access lift that goes straight into the arcade below. "

"Perfectly positioned and reasonably priced hotel with comfortable rooms. Only minor issue was that the room was a little tired; however, the bed was comfortable, the shower was strong, internet was excellent and there was a lot of space. Most importantly the staff on the premises were all very helpful and courteous."

"Extremely helpful and informative staff. The room was exceptionally clean and extra tea and milk was happily provided when we returned to the hotel late at night. Easy to find and great to have secure parking. Fantastic location with immediate access to shops, restaurants and pubs. The buffet breakfast was delicious!! "
