But the next morning took the dogs for a walk and it’s actually a really cute and quiet neighborhood? Great for a morning walk. There’s restaurants and coffee shops all with a walk or short drive. Great location to get to all things Austin too. Nothing more than a 15 min drive. Property was clean and comfortable and having the fenced in space for the dogs was great. »

« Great place to stay if you are looking to not spend most of your time inside. The back yard is a peaceful setup. The washers game was so fun. It felt like having a hotel room with a pool right outside the door. We brought our 10 month old and were able to do with the space but it would not be doable with 3 adults for sure or even an older toddler. « Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos. »

The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed.
