Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. "

"The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Nice variety and was also well stocked. The kids loved the pool, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well supplied and had everything we needed. the only negative was we needed the pull out bed for the kids to sleep, and there was not any sheets, covers or pillows for it, but the staff was quick to supply them. "So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! "

"My stay was great. I used the text line to ask for ice bc our machine was broken on our floor and it took a long time. Around an Hour. they said they were bringing it up but never did. So we had to go get our own ice. Other than that my stay was great and everything was great. I do wish parking was cheaper than what it was, especially since I am already paying a good amount for the hotel room itself. "
