Excellent hotel, fair distance away from the main strip but ideally located next to a tram stop which are very frequent. Lovely rooms and attentive staff, good breakfast options and menu for lunch/evening meal was well varied. Would definitely stay again

Friendly staff, modern and clean room, nice breakfast and easy access to everywhere such as (beach, waterpark, pleasure beach,etc). My overall experience was wonderful. The only small downside was that the car park was paid.

Close to the pleasure beach piers and beach which is very handy but that's were it ends, the lack of variety at breakfast , plates wasn't cleaned properly either, rooms were new but our sink was blocked

A good hotel for Blackpool. The carpets in the corridors need cleaned but other than that the hotel is pretty clean. It is very busy in the breakfast area and can be a bit noisy in the room at times, we had screaming kids next door quite early, but that’s not the hotels fault. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was ok but not as good as premier inn.

Great hotel for the price. Air conditioning worked fine, plenty of free parking just outside the hotel so no need to pay for the hotels own parking. It’s literally on the beach and a 10 minute walk from the south pier and water park. Perfect for kids.
