"La chambre était très très petite. Il n’y avait pas d’extracteur d’air dans la salle de bain et l’humidité s'évacuait difficilement par la fenêtre de la chambre. La douche ne fonctionnait pas adéquatement. Le lit et les oreillers étaient inconfortables. "
