The room was definitely worn, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was the clear amount of blood on the wall in the bathroom by the sink. With that said the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. I was able to get a parking space by the door every time I left and came back. They had the coffee bar set up every morning and it was good and hot! The bedding looked thin, but it was surprisingly warm and comfortable, as were the big ole fluffy pillows.

We stayed at the hotel on 8/17. We decided a week before to stay over for a wedding we were attending. This was the only reasonable place we could book accommodations The hotel is older and getting rundown. Our room was clean and met our needs. The hotel was clean as were the grounds we observed. We had no issues with noise. The staff we dealt with were all pleasant, helpful and courteous. Full transparency the hotel appears to have numerous long term residents who could be there for homelessness reasons. We had no issues with anyone staying there.

I have to be honest the front desk people both Syed and the other gentleman ( African American) both were very nice and courteous… however the property condition is not good… area around outside the hotel , parking lot , etc kinda shady and you won’t feel safe walking around… but most importantly there were bugs in the room.. I saw cockroach in the bathroom so decided not to shower , even while I was laying down I saw bug on the pillow.. I had to leave next day since it was already late and I was tired. I can’t believe that I had to lay $657 for two nights.. Syed was very kind and he requested for one night refund for me so I hope I only paid for a night .. I have to check with my bank :) but ya .. I don’t recommend this place for anyone .. Infact I also felt that some people live there permanently like renting it full time like apartments. People kept coming in and out all night from the back door next to the room that I was given. But again.. the staff were really nice!!!

When check in lobby smell awful. There was no supply like soap or shampoo. We had ask them at the front desk and they gave us 2 small hand soap thats what all they had. We ask for extra pillows and they told us they didnt have any. We had a kitchen and we need it to go to the lobby to ask for kitchenware.The bed was. Comfortable and the room was clean

Decent but needs improving

2 night stay due to renovation at home. The good : Room was clean and the hotel in general was quiet. They accept pets so no worries there The bad: The breakfast bar is subpar. Basically, it's coffee and Danish. The room is kinda set up weirdly. The TV is really low on a nightstand. You can barely see it when sitting in bed. They have a mirror behind the tv..?? key reader to the outside is worn or broken..you'll be an engineer to make it work.

If all U need is 4 walls, this is it

The first night I stayed here it was bearable. Though, I had horrible night's sleep from all the doors banging and people trudging through the corridor all hours of the night. I stayed here because it was pet friendly. Be warned there's poop everywhere outside. I extended my stay 1 more night. A mistake. Saturday night frights I suppose. Car alarms going off after 10pm. The worst was the fire alarm going off at around 11pm. In a haze of sleepiness, I got my dogs leashed and myself out the room door within minutes. My heart was pounding to ensure the safety of my dogs&me Yet, once I was in the hall,the alarm stopped. No one else was out. And, no staff to be seen to check the rooms. I can't speak properly due to oral cancer surgery. I asked the front desk what is happening. All the first guy said " everything is fine". That's all he could say. Some back and forth for explanation and I got no solid answer. No fire truck came at any time while I sought an explanation. My blood pressure was high. And, sleep left me. The second old guy behind the window gave a reason.He said someone was cooking in their room, opened the door, which set the alarm off. The customer should have opened the window while cooking. Of all the stupid things to say that would be it.1. Ventiation system needs to be suited to what is being offered 2.Where was the FD to check and make sure, 3. How is there no night manager on duty? This incident has clinched my never coming back in addition to the lousy sleep.

Horrible. The smell of marijuana was everywhere, the floor by the shower was peeling up; the shower head was the size of silver dollar and I saw 2 roaches in the room. I hated every minute there. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows didn’t support anything.
