The lady at breakfast was wonderful, and the food was fresh and varied. The room was a little worn, in need of a new carpet, and the walls required attention.

It is an older hotel with ALOT of potential. Great location right on the water; Good restaurant (although out of Beef on Weck!); pleasant staff. Needs upgrading but with limited options in Dunkirk/Fredonia I would recommend.

Room was old. electrical sockets with no plate covers. Stained bathtub and water faucets. beds clean and comfortable. Noise from hallway very noticeable. Loud fight in hallway at 4 in morning. Elevator was also having issues. TV also had no signal, couldn’t get it to work. No plug ports for cell phone chargers. Staff very accommodating.

Of the options in the area this one is toward the top of the list. Great view of Lake Erie if you get a West facing room. Staff was extremely friendly. The brewery/restaurant is worth trying even if you don't stay here.
