Clean and spacious rooms. Good sound-proofing, with black-out curtains. Daily housekeeping. Bathroom had a bathtub with showerheads. Can be difficult to climb in and out of bath (short legs!). Water temperature and pressure great. Toilet is separate, but sink to wash hands is in bathroom. Room had a mini-fridge that chilled well, and a safe. Overall, would stay here again." The staff is amazing, next to none. They greeted us with heartfelt humor and showed a lot patience for long travelers The room was impeccable, with an excellent shower. Although a stone throw away from the train station, we did not hear a single train noise. The location next to the midi station is a hub to access all of Brussels and Europe at large in a convenient way. This hotel is my new home in Europe, I wish I could invest! I want to reiterate the great staff, especially the front desk and the cleaners who always put the guests first. This is VIP treatment at mainstreet prices. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!" Good breakfast, superb pool. Decent ai lifts once you have mastered them - you select your floor outside and it tells you which lift. Really helpful Portuguese guy with long hair at ground floor reception who advised us on cheap restaurants we would never have found. Please please read the instructions if arriving by car. You cannot just pull up outside and sat nav takes you through tunnels way past the hotel. We parked illegally and my wife went inside to get directions to the underground car park. Bit of a nightmare but the room, staff and everything else was top quality. 12 minutes walk to Grand Place."
