They allowed early check-in and late check-out to accommodate for our awkward flight time…it was much appreciated! Would absolutely stay here again when flying out of London!"

Room service was just plain bad food - but they have you hostage. It was clean. It is convenient if you need to be at terminal 2 for early flight and want to be on property. Otherwise it is overpriced across the board."
