"We are just home from a lovely weekend at the hotel. We arrived tired and were met by a warm welcome and smiles from all the staff. From the cleaners to the restaurant, the bar and reception all of the staff were cheerful, helpful and polite. The view from the bar and restaurant is lovely and it was nice to have a drink in the evening looking at the lake. Will return. Very nice, restful stay."

"Being so close to the airport, they don't have shuttle service to LHR. When asked, they were like take a bus. Didn't even offer to arrange a taxi or suggest an Uber. We specifically booked ibis near me airport for shuttle facility. Additionally, the receptionist was like there is one another ibis down the road and that one has airport shuttle. Dinner food was very mediocre. Breakfast staff was a bit rude. She appeared stressed and was the only one around. So probably should have an extra staff to not stress their staff."

"Excellent customer service at check in. Staff asked to see ID for confirmation of name on booking. There is a £50 deposit which is authorised /debited then released/refunded. Timescale on getting your deposit back after check out depends on the type of card used. Staff explained services available with open times for breakfast, gym/pool and bar during check in which was great. The main reception and area on ground floor very spacious with some seats around the place. The room was just okay, seemed a little dated. I was disappointed with the general condition of the room. Old carpets with stains, bathroom sink not working well, chair with dust on it. There was room safe for anyone who uses it to keep valuables safe. Nice shower with usual shower gel/ shampoo. Bed was comfortable. Great location, very close to the airport. Local transport brilliant. Breakfast was excellent, good attentive staff. Nice, clean and well lit eating area. Check out is at 12pm which is great, some other hotels around the area have 11am check out. Check out again great customer service from the staff. Overall excellent customer service as you would expect from Marriot, it was just the room which could do with a refresh."

"Danesfield House is a delight. The staff were all super helpful and welcoming. Dinner on the Terrace was stunning on a warm spring evening. The grounds are wonderful and I'd recommend a wander around them. And the spa facilities included in the room price was a bonus - the sauna and steam room especially. The room itself was relatively small but very comfortable, and the bathroom with a bath was great. The complementary toileteries were very luxurious. The only minor grumble was that I was surprised by instant coffee in the rooms."

"We found our selves short of a nights stay in Bath. We moved up our bus tickets to Heathrow and booked a room at the Hilton Express T4. So affordable and convenient. We could walk via a covered, elevated walk way between the Hotel and Terminal 4. Amazing. No shuttle needed if you can manage your own bags. "
