We enjoyed the loft feature, it allowed us to spread out more and for the kids to watch different things on the 2 tvs.

All was great!

Our stay was very disappointing. On the first day, we discovered that the refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. We reported the problem to front desk several times, but no one came to repair or replace it. By the second day, all of our leftovers had spoiled, along with our bottled water and other drinks. The spoiled food caused a strong, unpleasant odor in the room that lingered throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the smell became so bad that it made my daughter feel sick. Secondly, after we checked out on July 3, an unexplained $40 charge appeared on my credit card. I have not received any explanation for this charge. While I understand that maintenance issues can happen, the lack of response to repeated complaints and the unexpected charge after checkout made this a very frustrating experience. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and communication so future guests don’t have to deal with similar issues.

As an international traveler with 30+ years of experience in the ground-up hotel business, I know what to expect globally. America is often known for its poor food culture especially its heavy breakfasts and unhealthy choices. However, compared to similar Hilton properties or other international chains in Europe and around the world, I have never seen such a lack of quality across breakfast, lunch, and dinner as I did here. The rooftop bar and restaurant atmosphere was beautifully designed and offered a very nice vibe, but the food itself was highly disappointing and vastly overpriced for the miniature portions. We paid $110 USD for two tiny chicken cutlets, a side of greens, and two beers truly ridiculous for that price and portion size. Additionally, housekeeping failed to make our rooms and beds. Yet, despite all of these operational flaws, the hotel has an undeniable appeal, and we would still choose to stay here again anytime.

Very clean bathroom and bedding. Instantly felt comfortable and at home. Stayed twice in 1 month. 100% recommend!
