"Unfortunately , our experience at Ocean Beach Club Hotel was not great. When we first arrived, we were suprised by how dark our room was. There are no ceiling lights! Just the single bedside lamp and two very dim wall lights. unfortunately the window was very small too so not much sunlight could come in. We had trouble just seeing our clothes in our suitcases even in the middle of the day! Luckily we weren't planning on spending much time in the room so that was fine. Moreover, there was only one mirror in the room. For most people that's probably not an issue! But if you're on a girls trip, as was I, it sucks! lol. we actually ended up going to target and buying another mirror so we could get ready at the same time ! Unfortunately, the washroom was also tiny and the water in the shower did not get hot! The shower was actually cold. The walls are very thin as well, so noise was unfortunately an issue. There is also no housekeeping;however if you call the front desk for anything (i.e fresh towels) they bring them immediately ! On the bright side, the location is amazing and just across the street from the beach, the pool is not too busy (and it's heated, warmer than the showers lol) and there are many great cafes and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Overall we did not have an incredible experience at this hotel, and we would most likely not stay here again. You get what you pay for - i probably shouldn't even complain when the price is this low in peak season!"

"The GMC SUV was very comfortable and clean. It was just what we needed to get around town and to Miami. Even tho we came on a sad occasion for a funeral. We were so please with the vehicle performance. "

I asked for help with applying the hotel discount to the parking and the guy in the front desk said that he could not help that I needed to check with someone in the parking lot and literally pointed me to the door. I probably won’t be staying there again. "

"Very loud and busy. Room smelled like meldew as did the two other couples rooms in our party. Food in the cafe (empanadas) were not edible, but the wrap I got was good. Music was loud all night long and made it difficult to sleep. Would not recommend. "
