"Very clean, spacious, spectacular view and location. Pool deck is spacious and great. Wild Thyme the restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Pool deck bar good. Everyone we came in contact with from start to finish was fantastic. "

"The place is close to the beach and near by stores , bus stop is close as well , the apartment is big enough for 4 to 5 people, is only one separate room and a big living area , my biggest issue were there is no PARKING SPACE, there is some on the street for about 6$ an hour, i don’t think is too bad but i don’t think i will stay again or recommend to someone else, for a few more dollars you can just a hotel with a pool and parking,"

"The property is at a new renovated Ritz but this unit hasn’t been renovated. The beds were not comfortable and one was lumpy, carpet was stained and very limited bath towels. "

"The shower floor was moldy. Carpets were filthy and the floor was horribly uneven. The bed skirt in one of the bedrooms had a brown stain which chocolate, blood or fecal matter. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty as well. Most of these things could have been properly attended to."
