"The place is close to the beach and near by stores , bus stop is close as well , the apartment is big enough for 4 to 5 people, is only one separate room and a big living area , my biggest issue were there is no PARKING SPACE, there is some on the street for about 6$ an hour, i don’t think is too bad but i don’t think i will stay again or recommend to someone else, for a few more dollars you can just a hotel with a pool and parking,"

"A good place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the beach experience was great, and the food at the restaurant was very good. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants nearby. Two things that could be improved: First, the pool/beach area has only one restroom (maybe there was another one for men, but I am not sure), and it was not clean most of the time. Second, the bathroom was spacious and included both a nice bathtub and a large showerhead. However, the protective glass next to the showerhead did not cover enough of the shower area, so water constantly spilled out no matter what we tried. After every shower, we had large puddles of water on the floor and had to use towels to absorb it. I would recommend either extending the protective glass or adding a handheld shower attachment to the bathtub so guests can comfortably shower there instead."

"Apartment: The apartment needs some attention to things that are loose around, and it felt expensive for the true quality of room. The fold out bed in the couch is not very comfortable, you can feel the springs on your back as you lay down. Main bed is fine. That being said, the apartment was clean and organized when we arrived. Noise: The walls are very thin. We had some very noisy neighbors right behind the bedroom side waking us up at night, as well as a loud garbage truck in the morning. It is alongside a fairly busy road, so just know that you will be hearing outside noise as well as neighbors. One of our neighbors sneezed and it literally sounded like it came from inside our apartment. Because the bedroom backs up to the neighbors kitchen, you could also hear the beeps of the keypad as the neighbor keyed in to their apartment, and of course as they chat loudly in their kitchen until 1-2am. Laundry: The laundry room is $4 to wash, $4 to dry. Bathroom: Small shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap is provided. Kitchen: No in-house staples like salt or pepper so you will need to buy everything. There are two small burners and a microwave, and there is no real oven - just a small toaster oven. They only included two small trash bags so if you are here for an extended stay you may need to ask for more. The Good: The A/C worked, the bed was decent, the staff was kind and quick to respond, and they helped work around our weird departure schedule which was very kind."
