When we originally checked in the room the put us in has peeling paint through out , nats on the bed, air conditioning did not work and the doors looked like they been kicked in . I complained they changed rooms that room was dirty and was infested with roaches

Paid for parking. They provided terrible and incomplete information on parking. Even highlighted where to park and told me not to park in front of the other buildings. Spots had other hotel names on them. Parked in street with pass and got a $45 ticket. Hotel said they told me there was no on street parking. That was totally untrue. There were 15 spots facing building which is where she SAID (incorrectly) to park- with other hotel names. None with out hotel. What a scam!!!! They refused to deal with it. At least 1 other vehicles in same situation as me and they would not even refund the $18 plus taxes they charged for non-existent stalls. Reported damages in bathroom and she said housekeeping was aware. I asked why it had not been fixed before then. No response

It took 40 min at least to check in, and the staff was not very personal but very robitic going through the line up of ppl waiting to be checked in. Room was decent, but even with windows closed , all night we were awaken by ppl talking and laughing and partying outside our bedroom window. Breakdast wasnt hygienic at all: a bowl of hardboiled eggs already peeled on the table and ppl can just take from it, a peanut butter jar opened with a spoon that who knows used it wear and how and put it back in the jar, milk in a big dispenser on a table outside not on ice or fridge. Location is good and thats the only good point i gave it.

No we're to plug in a curling iron in the bathroom and no mirror where there was a plug. Sink in kitchenette overflow when the bathroom sink was on. Is a plumbing issue sink needs a better p-trap because gasses also came out of the kitchen sink. To fix the mirror problem, you can place a mirror over the microwave. The bathroom is so small you hit your head on the towel rack or wall just to get off the towlet. The bathroom needs a vented fan to get rid of steam from the shower to prevent mildew build up. Otherwise bed was comfortable and room was clean. Not exactly what expected for the price I paid.

This property was close to the board walk. The smell of cleaning product was overwhelming and after a few minutes in the room it was apparent that the floor was not clean as my socks were black from the dirt on the floor... The location of the room was great, However I felt very uncomfortable in the room, It was very sterile and dark.. The shower didn't even have a place for the bar of soap. This could be a great little get away if the owner would just add a few creature comforts to the room and maybe updated the building. The breakfast that was included was pretty nasty & very unsanitary.

This place is nothing to write home about but it is clean and short walk to the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. The checkin process can be taxing as multiple properties have to check in at this location.
