it is an older hotel, with old doors and windows, missing lights, the sink was being held up by pieces of wood, the staff and maintenances crew were very nice, the furniture was nice, though different from room to room.

Hallways stunk of marijuana seeping in to my room, complained to the front desk, and they said nothing can be done. Halways are slimy look like they are back in the 80s

Property did not offer balcony as listed on Expedia. Room was terrible. Staff was rude and called me a liar. The only good thing about this place is the Tiki Bar & Beach.

the curtains didn't close properly the balcony was dirty the floor wasn't cleaned every day breakfast was not included like in most the hotels that I know. It was extremely noisy outside the room/ I had to pay for a service that I didn't use ( towels for the swimming pool and beach)

The location, staff and food options were amazing. However the plumbing never once worked in our room, even after maintenance "fixed it". Leaving us to go all the way to lobby to use restroom.

I was a guess to attend a wedding this pass weekend.when it came to the dinner i had a problem with the lady who brought the dinner. Number one two people that were with me me did not eat. Because they were visiting family and talking she said she was not bringing them the plate till they sat down and they said when i see my plate i will come get it. I feel it should have been brought out. The one that did eat it still took m e 20 minutes to get her to bring it. Very unprofessional. I would not ever pay this amount for this hotel again

The rooms are updated however the property is not. Rooms smell of mariguana and the AC system of the room old and not working properly. The Cabanas at the pool have no direct access to the pool., you need to walk close to the bar in order to enter the pool that is fenced all around with only on gate access. No fan or AC on the extremelly small cabanas

We had a hole in the bottom of our room door that you could stick a whole hand in and the door wouldn't hardly open or close. I felt very unsafe due to it not shutting properly. The balcony wall also had a holes. I had booked an ocean front room and he even told me it was checking in. It wasn't! It was a side view that you had to stick your head around the wall. Ive stayed in a ton of hotels and this one's rooms need updated asap! Don't let just the lobby or online pictures fool you. They don't care either, they'll tell you it's full and i know it wasn't, I checked their site.

The staff was incredible and very friendly. The beach access and tiki bar facing the ocean was our favorite part. Totally recommend it, especially if you’re traveling with family

I liked the hotel location right on the beach and within walking distance of supermarket, CVS and a few local eateries. The room we stayed was very large and included a small kitchen with dishes and pots. The bathroom was VERY small and didn’t have places to hang towels making it not easy to use. The hotel is very dated and although smoking is not allowed there is a smell of old cigarettes smoke in the hallways. Overall it is a budget hotel but don’t expect a lot from it

This is a condo hotel. So each unit is different based on the owner. Friends had a nice unit with a full kitchen, our unit wasn’t nice, broken ac, broken drawers, nasty, no blow dryer, front desk can’t help you. So if you are feeling lucky soon the wheel and maybe you will get a nice unit. Do you feel lucky?

1st day was a disaster. Not pleased at all with our room. Talk to front desk about this & he was very understanding & got us moved to exactly what we had expected. He was very kind & wanted to make sure we were satisfied while staying there.
