Very nice area a lot of good restaurants the best one by Far is the taco joint right out the door of the hotel. the staff are very friendly. Hotel feels historic me an my wife love it 3rd time in 2 years an we will continue to come here until we move to cocoa beach within 3 years

They staff was lovely. We arrived early on a morning flight and waited for a room to be available. They helped us store our bags and ended up getting a room clean for us to check in early! We appreciate you so much!! Please note no pool but the beach water is beautiful to swim in.

Please please please book!! This place amazing!! Clean, Not 1 single bug, coffee 24/7. Please book the corner room the view is insane and the beach it right across the boardwalk. Partial ocean view is great as well. THIS PLACE ROCK. I am already about to book again. I love it here!

Great location on the boardwalk next to Margaritaville. Can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Every room has two beach chairs and an umbrella and beach towels at the front door. Roommate refreshed and AC worked amazing.

All the staff was great, polite and friendly. The property appeared newly renovated which was nice and made the property clean but also meant a number of items had not been installed yet. For example, there were absolutely no decorations in the room. Unfortunately, some people had already decided to ruin the renovation with dents in the wall and shoe marks on the doors. Also, the bathroom had no towel racks or hooks leaving no place to hang towels or other wet items except over the shower door. There was no place to put any toiletries either except a tony spot on the sink. Finally, for all of the tv channels available, no fox sports so no Euro 2024 or Copa America. Of course it took forever to figure out so missed some of the game (the one time I wanted to watch a sport!!!) There is also absolutely no reason for the "resort fee" plus parking ended up higher than quoted. Given, however, the cost of the other places on Hollywood Beach, it does the trick.
