We had a great time here for the week. Walkable for groceries and to the local beach. We did end up getting a car and that was good to have too. Pool was fantastic, and staff were very friendly.

Perfect place for families: walkable distance to grocerie stores and beach. Stuff was helphull and nice. Also has 2 pools and an option for full kitchen if you'd preffer to cook on your own. We booked 2bed suite for 3 adults and one 3 yo kid. Will definitely consider Hyde next year!

I liked this property, lots of amenities. The host was very responsive when we had a problem with two tv remotes. The floors did need a better cleaning, the rugs were dirty and the tile floors should have been wet mopped. Otherwise, everything in the unit was good. The car valet service was good but doublecheck the charges. When we checked in we were told the fee was $15 a day but we were charged $40 and had to delay our leaving to get it straightened out. All in all, I would recommend this place.

Totally underwhelming. The unit itself was dingy and dirty, was missing bedding necessities for 2/4 beds (which took the hotel property over 24 hours to get to our room), the elevator situation is annoying at best and unsafe at worst… 4 elevators for 45 stories. (There was ALWAYS one elevator out of order, which means there was always at least a 10 min wait). The beach is close and quite beautiful, but the chairs provided for you have old torn fabric with metal parts sticking through the cushions . Get to the beach early, it gets packed like sardines. Honestly, I’d save your money and look elsewhere.

I stayed at Hyde Beach House for 5 days with my family and we had a wonderful time. The Apartment is nicely set up with a nice view. We got the city and ocean view and enjoyed it every single day. The Receptionist team Carmen especially was fantastic in communicating what we need to do etc. I would return again and recommend it!

There were a lot of hidden fees that you did not know about when booking including a 30/d parking fee. There are also amenities that if you don't pack your own balls/racquets, you cannot use. You can't charge things to your room, must have cash/card on pool bar. They didnt even given trash bags for the rooms. Yoga was amazing though. facility is beautiful and clean.

The pictures really make this look amazing. The view was nice, but it is across the street from the HYDE resort that is right on the beach. The resort is nice, but they were not super friendly, they actually seemed a little annoyed that we booked with a 3rd party. Maybe this is a residence place and they like the owners better. The pool doesn't allow any outside food or drink. I tried to take my water bottle and they wouldn't let me. We had a 2 bedroom unit with 5 of us and we had plenty of space, but when we went to the beach, they only would let us have 2 towels and 2 chairs. I was fine with only 2 chairs, but 2 towels because of "covid"?? That doesn't make sense. The beach is Hallendale beach, which has no food except for in neighboring hotels, it is small and not that nice. We spent our days going to different beaches. The location is ok, just not close to anything you can walk to. Hollywood Beach is a 15 min drive. When we go back to the area, we probably would rather be near Fort Lauderdale. We liked the beaches down there.

The apartment was in good conditions, The services in the building are very bad if you request the cleaning service by mail like they said in the lobby we didint get an answers Also I wanted to get I late check out and I requested in the lobby again they told me to contact the owner directly And I didint have the contact of the owner bad comunications when you need something you don’t get solutions from the people in the property

Terrible. Pool was under construction making this a brutal trip with kids. Nothing else to do with them at the hotel. Staff was completely not helpful and didn't care at all about this. Oh, and don't even get me started on cleanliness and elevator experience. Imagine starting each day waiting 20+ minutes for the elevator.

Hotel was nice! Updated with modern designs and furnishings. Although the overall hotel was very nice, cleanliness is an issue. Which is too bad. The very nice designs and amenities lack maintenance. The outdoor furnishings in the common areas of the hotel were soiled and dirty. Which is a shame because because it's everything you would want during your gateway. The updated modern kitchen/appliances, design and decor is what i look for and appreciated in my getaways. Keep in mind various units in this hotel are individually owned and advertised through a third booking party, Expedia, etc. And advertised under a similar name as the hotel name. My unit, although nice was not clean. I had to go in and clean food off the dining chairs, and they were soiled. The sofa nice, however dirty/soiled. Hair on the bathroom counter top. Outdoor furnishings on the lovely balcony, nice also dirty. This was the owner/rental agency' of the owner responsibility to enforce their cleaning company to clean properly. The maintenance of such a nice unit was very poor!! Very disappointing. 15 years of booking with Expedia. My experience with there private contacts were horrible. Booking through Expedia with direct hotel and without a third party is much better. To avoid these issues again, this my last time booking through Expedia. Future travel will book directly with the hotel.

I loved the location of this property, the view from the room. The rooms themselves we very clean and we loved the fully equipped kitchen. On bad thing we experienced was waiting up to 15 minutes for a elevator during peak time. But we were also there during a holiday. I would definitely recommend this location.
