"I will never stay at this property again. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. From the check in to the valet this place is poorly ran. I highly do not recommend. My towel rack falling off the wall and the paint chipping off was just the start of the disaster that was my stay. I travel all the time and this place I would never again. Dogs barking at night on my floor the list goes on."

"I don’t have enough words to describe how nice was our stay at this resort! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out of this hotel, every interaction with all staff was so amazing. They are professional, friendly, and try to accommodate guests in every way! The room was amazing too! It was clean and no weird smells. We had a suite with two balconies with beach view. We also had a car and we had valet parking which was very simple and easy. The amenities here were great! Seats with umbrellas at the beach, swimming pool with a bar, restaurant on premises that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also enjoyed the fitness center with sauna. I was impressed with the experience i had here and already telling all my friends and family about this resort and will definitely come back."

"Nice place to stay. Convenient. Just needs update on the rooms. Little old fashioned. Stand up showers should be installed. Better lighting. Our balcony door didn’t lock: just fix stuff that needs fixing. Bathroom tiles were slightly black. Just needs slight renovations in the rooms"

"The hotel is dated the staff works hard to keep it clean and that is appreciated but the hotel needs some TLC also to replace the carpets for tile floors in the hallways and they need to not allow smoking of any sorts in the rooms as it’s unpleasant for those who don’t maybe invest in a smoking area easy to access and appealing. Also they should allow guest to bring their own snacks to the pool area or bring down their prices in the pool bar if we bought pizza at the yummy downstairs hotel pizza spot we couldn’t bring it to the pool area that’s no reasonable."

"The pictures on expedia do not match the rooms when the odor in the room was terrible and when spoke to front desk they said they had no new rooms available. I'm guessing they are in the process of renovations and some rooms are newly renovated. They do not explain this anywhere."

"The apartment was clean and located in a nice area, which we appreciated. However, we had a few issues during our stay. The patio/balcony door would not lock properly unless it was completely forced shut, and I wasn’t able to lock it myself once it was opened. The toilet also wasn’t flushing when we arrived. I contacted customer service, and maintenance responded quickly and fixed the toilet, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue with the patio/balcony door remained unresolved for me. On our way out, we also encountered a large rat in the hallway, which was very unsettling and scared both me and my daughter. Overall, the stay had some positives, but these issues affected our experience."
