« Nice place, well heated and good price »

« I had stayed at another hotel before coming here, and that hotel was dirty and dingy compared to here. Comfort Inn was clean and bright with modern furnishings and rooms. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were so helpful and kind to me and allowed me to check in early and also gave me the Alaska resident discount. Would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone coming to Fairbanks for an affordable, clean hotel stay. »

« The lobby was very dirty, no elevator, inside entrance. When we entered the room it was very dated, the floors were dirty, garbage under the bed making it obvious that there had not been a thorough cleaning and there was a strange smell. We checked out immediately and although challenging because everywhere was booked found a B&B for our stay. The hotel clerk was helpful in checking out and they did not charge us. »

« I loved the lake right behind the room! The bed was very comfortable. There was almost no one around as far as staff for most o the time I stayed there, apparently because it was in the off season. »
