"Nice place to stay and close to the airport "

"We arrived early from our trip, they were able to let us check in and get into our room really as soon as we got there. We took their free shuttle to the airport. They also let us check out late and that worked out perfectly with our flight time. Area was quiet. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's unfortunate that they changed their breakfast policy without notifying the customers in advance--it bordered on "bait and switch," and many folks weren't happy about it."

"Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the layout of our room very much. Staff called us at 930pm telling us to make our kids be quiet when they had actually been in bed for over an hour. They didn’t inquire whether our kids were awake or what we were doing they instead accused us of Being loud and said “get ahold Of your situation”. It was very offputting. Then my husband stepped out of the room and the staff were outside our door listening. It was weird and uncomfortable."

"Excellent customer service. Very attentive staff. The room is elegant, spacious, clean. I was surprised to see water bottles, slippers, a comb, etc. An excellent touch for a perfect stay. Overall this hotel is a pleasant surprise. I will definitely stay again when I travel to this area."
