"People: Staff, from reception to room attendant to breakfast buffet are all accommodating and friendly Room: Room amenities were sufficient. The AC however needs deep cleaning. The Tub was too high for elder folks to hop into and is also slippery that we had to wet our towels to step on. Accessibility of the place to all transportation is excellent. There are a lot of nearby restaurants as well. "

"Wonderful staff. Very neat and tidy rooms. Beds were always made and towels were replaced whenever we came back. Breakfast was lovely. The staff was really considerate and helpful. My parents accidentally cause the power to go out in our room but it was handled quickly and without problems. Only issue was the noise that the heater made and the washroom didn’t have a lock as it was just a sliding door. The area is alright though it’s really close to the metro and Gare du nord. "For the one night I stayed and as a solo traveler, it was fine. The wifi didn’t work, the property was deep in construction and dust everywhere (pretty sure I could smell it through the night which was rough) , the bed wasn’t great, and the room was incredibly small. Again, for one night just needing a place to stay it was fine, but also felt overpriced for how limited the room and hotel felt. Was mostly paying for location (?) and a place to rest my head. "
