Got an upgrade, Laura was great and nice. The room was quite decent, area a little sketchy at night and I wouldn’t walk alone the area at night as a girl but it’s quite lovely and lovely during the way. Breakfast was filling but had a limited selection. Amenities could be better, though.

Im sorry to say i was a little dissapointed with this room. It was advertised as a Superior Double however there wasn't a lot Superior about it, and considering the amount i paid im just very dissapointed with the standards of the room. There was damp spots above the sink, The plaster on wall was coming off, therre was a plug which wasnt covered revealing exposed wires which is unsafe and a health and safety risk. All in all very underwhelming and clearly not the superior room i was expecting. If you contact me i can you pictures of the above and hopefully we can sort this.

cleanliness is good. some staff were super friendly. breakfast was good if you want something light. wish we had the option of having coffee etc in the bed room. shower pressure was good but a tiny amount of mould was on the curtain pole. overall would come back for the convenience of the location. they also hold your suitcases if you have to check out hours before you leave paris.

I had planned a pilgrimage to visit the Ann Frank House in Amsterdam and decided to take the rail from Gare Du Nord located about two blocks from the property. This was definitely a good call on my part... The hotel has had recent updates and EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful. I also have a visual condition which can be challenging when it comes to traveling alone... And staying at this property absolutely was convenient and helpful in a few different ways. The staff was helpful and friendly and the young lady working the office alone at night went out of her way to make my visit to this hotel quite enjoyable. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room (307) don't have closet for hanging cloth, don't have hot water pot for seft-services coffee, don't have a small refrigerator... Receptionists in front desk are friendly & helpful. A food service lady at breakfast is not so friendly to customers...

Bathroom bad smell, damp , mould around shower area.room is very small , not nice furnitures.no soap in soap box. Lift too small for luggages.

Good value. Property is well worn, but the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for trains and metro. We found nice cafes in the area as well. Wi-Fi worked fine in our room
